Junior Quantity Surveyor / Accounts Admin
We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Accounts Administrator with 1–2 years of experience to join our Architectural & Engineering Consultancy team.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to gain hands-on experience in both quantity surveying and accounts administration within a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and cost reports.
- Support senior Quantity Surveyors in measurements, valuations, and variations.
- Assist in tracking project costs, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, payment certificates, and summaries.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and vendors for cost and financial data.
- Support basic accounts administration, including invoice verification and expense tracking.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy of records.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Architectural or Engineering consultancy.
- Basic knowledge of cost control, and project financials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
