As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are looking for a
Support Engineer
to take on a resident role in Dubai, supporting the deployment and live operations of our Voice Management Platform for a Tier-1 telecom operator.
This is not a back-office support role.
This is a front-line, customer-facing role.
You will be embedded in the customer environment, working closely with their technical teams while collaborating with our internal product, backend, and DevOps teams.
What You Will Be Part Of
- You will be at the center of live operations ensuring performance, stability, and continuity in a complex telecom environment.
- Provide L1/L2 application support for a wholesale voice interconnection platform
- Act as the on-site technical point of contact for the customer
- Monitor platform health by analyzing alarms, logs, and traffic behavior
- Troubleshoot issues related to voice routing, interconnection, billing, and mediation flows
- Collaborate with backend, product, and DevOps teams to resolve issues and drive improvements
- Support configuration changes, deployments, upgrades, and day-to-day operational activities
Who You Are
- Experience in telecom, VoIP, or application support (L1/L2) environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, analytical mindset
- Comfortable working in customer-facing roles and high-availability environments
- Familiar with logs, traffic analysis, and system monitoring tools
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Ownership-driven, proactive, and aligned with an ALL IN way of working
