Your role

• Provide a hands-on, high-quality support service Encourage customers to develop daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and community involvement Promote social inclusion and help customers build confidence, resilience and self-esteem Work with agencies on behalf of customers, encouraging choice and acting as an advocate when needed Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices Your skills Caring, approachable nature Ability to keep accurate records and share information clearly with the team Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families and agencies Experience working effectively as part of a team Positive and accepting approach to customers whatever their needs NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar) Your rewards You deserve more than the basics.
