Qualifications
- The position plays a critical role in driving DBU/NRP Customer Taskforce priorities focused on improving customer order fulfillment, reducing delivery constraints, and resolving critical part availability issues that impact customer experience and business performance. Serving as a key coordinator across Materials, Sourcing, Logistics, Operations, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams, the incumbent will lead the execution and governance of recovery plans, drive accountability for action closure, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and facilitate timely issue resolution. The role provides leadership visibility through robust analytics, structured reporting, and performance reviews, translating complex operational challenges into actionable insights and recommendations. Responsibilities include participating in daily operational reviews, monitoring progress against critical customer deliverables, coordinating escalations, driving stakeholder alignment, and preparing and presenting weekly Management Review (MRG) and leadership updates to support informed decision-making, operational rigor, and continuous improvement.
- In addition, the position will support critical business improvement initiatives and new capability deployments within the Materials function. The role will coordinate functional activities, track key milestones and deliverables, communicate progress to stakeholders, and support business readiness and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
