Role Summary: As our Supply Chain Partner Development Executive, you will be the person who builds Printerpix’s supplier and logistics network in the UAE from the ground up. This is an outward-facing, commercially active role, your primary focus is finding, evaluating, and establishing relationships with the right partners across carriers, 3PLs, warehousing providers, and materials suppliers to support our growth in the region. You will be in the market daily, identifying opportunities and converting them into working partnerships.

What You’ll Build:* A UAE Partner Network from Scratch: You will identify and approach potential supply chain partners across logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, and materials supply, building the relationships that give Printerpix a competitive operational foundation in the UAE market.

• Structured Onboarding & Contracting Processes: You will develop the frameworks for evaluating, selecting, and onboarding new partners, from initial outreach and capability assessment through to contract negotiation and integration into our supply chain.
• Commercial Agreements That Protect and Scale: You will negotiate favourable terms with new partners, structuring deals that deliver on cost, reliability, and service levels while giving Printerpix the flexibility to grow.
• A Resilient, Diversified Supplier Base: You will deliberately avoid single points of failure by building a network of alternative and backup partners across key supply categories, reducing our exposure to disruption.
• Market Intelligence That Informs Strategy: You will stay close to the UAE supply chain landscape, tracking new entrants, pricing shifts, regulatory changes, and emerging capabilities, feeding that intelligence back to leadership to shape our operational strategy.

Your First 90 Days:* Week 1-Immersion & Mapping: Get a clear picture of Printerpix’s current UAE supply chain position, understand the gaps and priorities, and begin mapping the supplier and partner landscape in the region.

• Month 1-Active Outreach & Qualification: Initiate contact with priority partner categories, begin qualification conversations, and present your initial partner shortlist with a clear view of the commercial and operational opportunity each one represents.
• Month 3-Contracts Live & Pipeline Growing: Have at least one new partner agreement signed and operational. Maintain a live pipeline of prospects at various stages of evaluation, and present a 6-month partner development roadmap to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:* Experience: 2–8 years in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or business development, with a clear emphasis on finding and establishing new commercial partnerships rather than managing existing ones.

• Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the UAE supply chain landscape, who the key players are, how the market operates, and where the opportunities lie for a growing e-commerce business.
• Outbound Commercial Drive: You are comfortable in outreach mode, picking up the phone, attending industry events, and building relationships from cold. You do not wait for partners to come to you.
• Negotiation: You can structure and close commercial agreements with new partners, balancing cost, service level, and contractual protection in deals that work for both sides.
• Supplier Evaluation: You have a methodical approach to assessing new partners, capability, financial stability, compliance, and cultural fit, and you make well-reasoned recommendations based on evidence.
• Contract Management: You are comfortable drafting, reviewing, and owning supply agreements through to execution, ensuring terms are clear and enforceable.
• Communication: You can represent Printerpix credibly in external commercial conversations and articulate complex partnership decisions clearly to internal stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:* Existing relationships with UAE-based logistics providers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders.

• Experience building supplier networks in an e-commerce or fulfilment context.
• Familiarity with UAE trade regulations, free zone structures, and import/export compliance.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement background.
• Experience with SAP ERP or comparable procurement and supply chain platforms.
• Knowledge of sustainable and ethical sourcing standards.

**Why This Role?**Compensation: AED 3,600 – 3,700 per month base, with uncapped performance commission.

This is a role built for a hunter, not a relationship manager sitting on an inherited account list. The base salary reflects a junior entry point; your earning potential does not. Every new logistics partner you bring on board, every supply agreement you close at terms that improve our cost base, and every new route to market you open for Printerpix in the UAE contributes directly to a commission structure that rewards what you actually deliver. Performers who build a strong UAE partner network from scratch and drive the commercial outcomes that enable our regional expansion have a clear path to total annual earnings equivalent to $50,000 USD or more.
