Supply Chain Executive - Hiring UAE National
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Coordination
- Assist in procurement and purchase order processing
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials/products
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records
- Support stock reconciliation and warehouse coordination
- Assist in identifying shortages and excess inventory
Logistics Support
- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments and deliveries
- Follow up on dispatch and delivery status
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain supply chain records, invoices, and reports
- Update ERP systems and trackers accurately
- Prepare basic operational and inventory reports
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, finance, and operations
- Support issue resolution related to supply chain activities
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Internship experience is a plus
