About This Role
Job title: Supply Chain & Operations Specialist
Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: 6500 - 8500 SAR
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities including sourcing suppliers, negotiating, and issuing
purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure continuous supply of
materials.
- Monitor costs and ensure purchasing efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Plan and coordinate production activities based on operational needs and available
resources.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper organization and efficient use of warehouse space.
- Supervise and coordinate work teams across procurement, production, and warehouse
functions.
- Prepare regular reports on operations performance for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned in line with business needs and operational
requirements.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and tools for example 5S, Kanban, etc..
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or relative
- Min. 3+ years’ experience in Industrial/manufacturing plant
- Min. 3+ years’ experience in Aluminum & Glass Industries
- Familiar with usage of Odoo or alternative software
- Problem solving Skills
- Time management
- Transferable Iqama
