Responsibilities
- Assist in SAP SD configuration under guidance (pricing, master data, sales order processing, delivery, billing).
- Support UAT cycles, including test script preparation, execution, and defect logging.
- Work with senior consultants to document functional specifications for enhancements and reports.
- Provide first level support for SD related incidents and service requests.
- Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (MM, FI, WM) to understand end to end business flows.
- Assist in master data validation (customer master, material master, condition records).
- Participate in system cutover activities, data checks, and go live support.
- Learn and apply SAP best practices, ensuring alignment with internal governance and change management processes.
