About This Role
Supply Chain Manager
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a growing company in the meat import & distribution sector.
If you have strong expertise in demand planning, international sourcing, and cold chain logistics, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full supply chain cycle: sourcing, import, and inventory planning
- Lead demand planning & forecasting to ensure product availability
- Oversee supplier relationships and negotiate pricing & contracts
- Coordinate import operations and ensure smooth customs clearance
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce wastage
- Ensure compliance with cold chain standards
- Work closely with operations and sales to align supply with demand
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain (Food / FMCG preferred)
- Strong background in import & international sourcing
- Hands-on experience in demand planning & inventory management
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience in UAE market (Food / FMCG preferred)
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
