The Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator supports the movement of materials, products, and information throughout supply chain operations.
The role coordinates shipments, monitors inventory activity, maintains logistics records, and communicates with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and monitor delivery timelines and transportation activities.
- Maintain records for orders, inventory movements, shipping documents, and deliveries.
- Communicate logistics requirements with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and follow up on delayed, incomplete, or damaged shipments.
- Support warehouse, distribution, logistics planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Analyze routine operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
- Follow established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, warehouse operations, procurement support, or transportation is preferred.
- Understanding of inventory management, shipment coordination, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, office productivity tools, and inventory or logistics systems.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with multiple teams, and operate reliably in a deadline-driven environment.
