Work with Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Finance, Responsible Sourcing, Product Integrity/Food Safety and Quality, European markets, and global and regional technology and data teams.
Role responsibilities
- Collect, validate and reconcile supply chain information and investigate root causes of discrepancies.
- Support forecasting and reporting and own recurring supply chain data processes.
- Help build a consistent data foundation across KFC and Taco Bell with the Data Specialist.
- Maintain product, specification, quality and responsible sourcing data.
- Combine product, supplier, pricing, volume, specification, quality and responsible sourcing data across European markets.
- Use Excel, Power Query, Power BI, automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data use.
Essential experience and skills
- Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused analytical role.
- Strong numerical and data literacy and confident Excel skills.
- Experience checking, validating and reconciling structured datasets.
- Logical problem-solving, ownership of recurring processes and dependable delivery.
- Strong communication and confidence working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity about technology and examples of using data or technology to solve real problems.
Desirable experience
- Power Query, Power BI or similar data transformation and reporting tools.
- Basic SQL or Python knowledge.
- Exposure to Power Platform, databases, automation or AI-enabled tools.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, reporting or a multi-market environment.
