- Conduct supplier qualification, audits, and performance evaluations.
- Manage quality assurance activities for Solar PV components, steel structures, cables, electrical equipment, and tracker systems.
- Review and approve quality documents, inspection plans, and test reports.
- Coordinate FAI, FAT, PDI, and supplier inspections.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, and other quality tools.
- Monitor supplier quality KPIs, NCRs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC standards, and client requirements.
- Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Project teams to resolve quality issues.
