Qualifications

• Successful candidates bring practical operating skills and the mindset to effectively support design teams at scale. Hard Skills Bachelor’s degree in design, communication, HCI, applied social science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience in design operations, research operations, product design, or a related role. Understanding of how design work happens across design, research, product, and engineering. Working knowledge of tools such as Figma, Confluence, UserTesting, and Dscout. Familiarity with AI tools and workflows that support administration, design, and knowledge management. Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work with moderate oversight. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Behaviors & Mindsets Applies design thinking and user-centered methods to their work. Identifies gaps, connects dots across teams, and proposes practical solutions. Bias for action, translating direction into execution with strong follow-through.
