Supervisor, Slickline (A)

Job purpose

Field operations and equipment

• Select wellhead X-overs compatible with the wellhead and ensure measurements and computations follow company procedures.
• Keep equipment within operating specifications and ensure it is inspected, certified, pressure-tested, and color-coded, with associated documents available at site and base.
• Maintain truck inventory and wire logbooks; report shortages, equipment deficiencies, and safety issues to the supervisor.
• Coordinate work scope and operational problem handling with the supervisor.

Job execution, safety, and reporting

• Conduct regular job briefings and debriefings; prepare permits to work and allocate safety equipment at sites.
• Hold pre-job toolbox talks and follow up on daily location checklists.
• Ensure accurate job reports are delivered to customers on time and follow up with customers on operational matters.
• Audit sites and provide documented feedback to the base supervisor and field service engineer.
• Verify crew members have HSE passports and all mandatory client training before leaving the workshop.
• Prepare weekly activity reports for the supervisor.

Team oversight and compliance

• Evaluate operator and helper skills and provide feedback.
• Comply with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least five years of relevant field experience in rig and rigless operations, including at least two years at supervisory level.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills.
