The Security Supervisor supports hotel facility safety and memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Patrol interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address security risks and unsafe conditions.
- Coordinate responses to fires, medical emergencies, security threats, and other incidents.
- Train, schedule, and supervise security guards and officers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations, document findings, and ensure accurate security reporting.
- Promote adherence to workplace safety protocols and best practices.
- Provide security officer coverage when required.
