HR Executive

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an HR Executive to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves assisting with the administrative and clerical duties of the Human Resources department, managing team member files, supporting the hiring process, onboarding new hires, and coordinating training activities. The HR Executive provides essential support to HR department managers, contributing to the overall team member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front office support by welcoming and assisting guests, applicants, and team members with professional and courteous service.
• Support daily office operations through administrative tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying for HR department functions.
• Manage communication, including handling phone calls, emails, mail processing, and coordinating meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage bookings for HR department managers.
• Assist with departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments as part of special projects.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in human resources and administrative functions, with 0-1 years of experience required.
• Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental labor laws and employment regulations, or a willingness to learn about them.
