  • Supervise and orient employees; assign work, develop work schedules, instruct in proper procedures; assist with development and revision of department processes/procedures.

  • Updates with regulatory compliance; conducts periodic audits; and maintains files.
  • Develop relationships with clients and county, state, and government agencies.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
  • 2+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing
  • Familiarization and knowledge of applicable service line programs, processes, and procedures.
  • High volume call center experience is preferred
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong Computer knowledge especially Excel. Familiarity with Epic preferred
  • Familiarity with HCA/Parallon IT systems is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
