Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or operational quality • Strong investigative, analytical, and technical writing skills • Working knowledge of auditing principles and inspection processes • Experience with quality tools such as LEAN, Six Sigma, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service quality environments • Certifications such as CQT, CQI, or Six Sigma, LEAN • Familiarity with ISO standards or related quality frameworks • Experience using AI‐driven tools to strengthen quality investigations and decision‐making • Bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience • Experience developing or updating SOPs, work instructions, and training documents
  • Salary: $69,000.00 to $79,000.00
  • Bonus Eligible
  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
