Supervisor, Environmental Services (Full-time, Evenings)
Role Overview
The Supervisor, Environmental Services oversees daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within the facility.
This role supervises environmental services personnel, monitors cleaning procedures, and ensures compliance with infection control and safety standards.
The Supervisor is responsible for staff training, quality assurance inspections, and operational efficiency to maintain high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required
- 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
