Overview
Candidate is required to supervise and guide operators for machining of components to provided specifications.
Should have experience and knowledge in CNC Turning and Milling and be able to program parts using, Mastercam and/or Fusion 360.
Development of new component including process plan, tool selection, programming on machine.
CNC programming and setting on 4 axis, 3 axis and 2 axis turning machine.
Reduce rejection and improve productivity by proper utilization of available resources like man, machine, material.
Work with maintenance group to schedule repairs and PMs.
Knowledge of :
Taper Gauge
API ring groove gauge
5ct And 7-1 (Api Threading )
5CT AND 7-1 (API RING AND PLUG GUAGES)
2d Manual Programming
Should be able to read and create first and third angle drawings, process sheet.
Tooling and Cutting Knowledge is must.
HSE Responsibilities include:
Identification of hazards and associated risk in day to day activities and control measure to be taken with help of Engineer.
Participate in the risk assessment.
Report all type of incident to Manager.
