The posting describes warehouse-floor supervision for picking, packing, and inbound operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-shift huddles, assign tasks and targets, reinforce safety, and communicate daily volume and priorities.
- Monitor picking, packing, inbound progress, and quality; reallocate manpower to meet SLAs.
- Handle stockouts, mis-picks, equipment breakdowns, and system issues, escalating when needed.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping, including correct slotting, clear aisles, and an organized work area.
- Manage associate scheduling, attendance, task allocation, and performance records.
- Enforce safety rules for PPE, forklift zones, racking, and emergency exits; correct violations and support training and certifications.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in an e-commerce or logistics warehouse, including at least 1 year as a team lead or shift lead.
- Hands-on familiarity with picking, packing, inbound, and cycle count processes.
- WMS experience preferred.
