Description: We are looking for a talented , Administration Supervisor to join us. Key Responsibilities: Supervise General Services activities, including facility maintenance, logistics, fleet, supplies, and security. Manage service providers, ensuring service quality, contract management, and cost efficiency. Review existing processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of cost, efficiency, and employee experience. Propose and implement continuous improvement actions. Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Logistics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization. Structured, solution-oriented, with a strong service mindset. Ability to challenge existing practices and propose practical solutions. Good communication and service provider management skills.
