Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing. Oversee process optimization and scale-up activities. Plan and manage development projects, timelines, resources, and budgets. Work closely with R&D, PMO, Quality Assurance, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain. Lead, coach, and develop a team of formulation development professionals. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below: Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or industrial development. Experience in technology transfer, process scale-up, and cross-functional project management. Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements. Good communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Fluent in English and French
