Moose Knuckles is looking to add a Part-Time Supervisor to our crew! You will play an integral role in coaching and training our sales associates, ensuring profitable sales growth while having fun.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of priorities, team management experience, ambition and a results-driven mindset. Are you a natural leader with the determination to succeed? We want you on our team!

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO

Create a unique and authentic experience for every customer.

Be the expert. Know your product, why it's cool, how it's made and why customers should buy it.

Manage and develop your team through effective coaching, observation and feedback.

Keep the store looking fresh and maintain the Moose Knuckles merchandising standards.

Understand the importance of diversity and inclusion and how they influence our daily interactions with colleagues and customers.

Follow company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL NEED

At least one year of experience working in fashion retail, preferably in a leadership position.

Luxury apparel experience is an asset.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A dynamic, customer-oriented personality.

A sales-driven mindset.

A professional attitude and behaviour, with the ability to be versatile, proactive and work under pressure.

A passion for the brand.

An appreciation for fashion and quality.
