The Supervision Manager delivers day-to-day supervision policies and procedures and supports oversight of gaming operators and licensees.
The role supports regulatory compliance, industry integrity, and protection of players.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate licensees’ compliance with regulatory requirements using the Supervision framework and methodologies.
- Support day-to-day licensee engagements and related administrative work; deliver supervision processes accurately and escalate risks promptly.
- Support regular inspections and assessments of gaming establishments and follow monitoring processes for operators and licensees.
- Identify non-compliance and analyze data and KPIs for trends, anomalies, and risks to the integrity of the gaming industry.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports and documentation for senior management; collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Provide input on regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices to strengthen the regulatory framework.
Qualifications
- Experience in regulatory compliance, supervision, or a related role in the gaming industry or a regulatory agency.
- A university degree or professional certification related to regulatory compliance or supervision is desired.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
