Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Summer Intern role based in Dubai for an Arabic-speaking candidate.
Day-to-day tasks include supporting property consultants with client communication in Arabic and English, assisting with property listings and updates, and helping prepare presentations and marketing materials.
The intern will conduct basic market research, organize property information, and assist with scheduling viewings and follow-ups.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in internal systems and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Strong interest in real estate, property consulting, or related fields, with a willingness to learn about the UAE market.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when handling property data and documentation.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and online research.
- Professional, respectful interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team and interact with clients in a courteous manner.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in business, real estate, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical interest).
- Availability to work on-site in Dubai for the duration of the summer internship and comply with local internship and visa requirements, if applicable.
