Role Description
The Banker at Castle and Key Real Estate will support clients with end-to-end banking and financing solutions related to property transactions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is an on-site role in Dubai, where the Banker will assess clients’ financial profiles, advise on mortgage and loan options, and coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate approvals.
Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial documents, explaining terms and conditions, preparing applications, monitoring the status of financing requests, and ensuring compliance with relevant banking and regulatory requirements.
The Banker will collaborate closely with property consultants to align financing solutions with clients’ real estate goals, maintain accurate records of all interactions, and provide ongoing post-approval support.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of retail and mortgage banking products, loan structures, and property financing practices.
- Experience analyzing financial statements, credit profiles, and risk to recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and support clients throughout the financing process.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, with a focus on trust, discretion, and service quality.
- Familiarity with UAE banking regulations, compliance procedures, and documentation standards for real estate transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately with time-sensitive information.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal real estate teams and external banking partners.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in banking, mortgage advisory, or financial services within the UAE is highly beneficial.
