- onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $26.00 -$44.00 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. Responsibilities
- We are seeking highly motivated Engineering Students to join our 300mm Technology Development team in East Fishkill, NY as a summer 2027 intern. These Teams are critical to our ability to introduce new technology for ramp to volume manufacturing.
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The successful intern will be part of CMOS Image Sensor, 65nm CMOS BCD integration, or Advanced Packaging development teams.
- Internship Project may include:
- Develop new processes or control plans.
- Evaluate and qualify new materials, processes, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield and device performance.
- Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
