Inventory Optimization Planner

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, finance, business analytics, demand planning, or related fields.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Business Unit leadership.
- Proven track record of driving inventory reduction, working capital improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
- Experience developing forecasting models, inventory projections, and executive-level business analyses.
- Semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or electronics industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute inventory optimization strategies to support revenue growth, margin objectives, and working capital targets.
- Identify and drive actions to reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory across the enterprise.
- Establish inventory targets by product family, business unit, region, and customer segment.
- Monitor inventory health metrics and recommend corrective actions to improve inventory turns and reduce aging inventory.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve demand-supply imbalances and inventory mismatches
- Communicate key inventory risks, reserve exposure, market changes, and financial implications in a clear and actionable manner.
- Manage an inventory entitlement model that aids in highlighting areas of imbalance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or electronics industry experience preferred.
