SubAssembly Team Coordinator - P2

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Reduce production bottlenecks on the manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learn all positions and fill in as needed.
• Identify part and resource shortages and provide solutions.
• Communicate issues to supervisors, engineers, and managers.
• Facilitate lean manufacturing processes and request assistance from other departments when needed.
• Perform other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum WorkKeys scores for the position are required.
• Four or more years of experience are required.
• Previous lead position experience is preferred.

Physical and Work Demands

• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and between 50 and 100 pounds with assistance.
• Learn to use hand, pneumatic, hydraulic, brazing, wiring, and forklift tools and equipment.
• Direct workflow, foster teamwork, and resolve conflict.
• Work long hours and varied shifts as needed.
• Work in temperatures occasionally above 100 degrees or below 32 degrees.

Travel and Systems

• Learn and use the materials tracking system.
• Travel may be required for approximately 10 percent of the time depending on product line needs.
