Role Overview

The Senior Styling Assistant & Studio Operations Lead is a full-time, trusted partner who supports the Lead Stylist creatively and operationally. This role combines

high-level styling assistance

with

studio management and administrative oversight

, particularly during the studio’s growth phase.

You will be responsible for ensuring that jobs run flawlessly, systems are organized, and the studio operates at a professional standard at all times. As the client roster grows, the role will evolve, with additional hires supporting execution under your coordination.

Key Responsibilities Senior Styling & On-Set Execution

• Independently pull wardrobe from PR showrooms, designers, and brand partners
• Manage celebrity fittings with professionalism, discretion, and confidence
• Prepare, organize, and maintain styling racks, kits, and shoot-ready looks
• Demonstrate strong shoot etiquette across

editorial and commercial

environments

• Remain calm, focused, and solutions-driven under pressure
• Run styling jobs independently when required, representing the studio at the highest standard

Studio Operations & Administration

• Manage studio emails, scheduling, calendars, and internal coordination
• Track bookings, fittings, pulls, returns, and job timelines
• Prepare call sheets, invoices, expense tracking, and basic reports
• Maintain PR, brand, and client contact databases
• Organize digital assets, references, and internal documents
• Support outreach, follow-ups, and operational workflows
• Help build and refine systems that support long-term studio growth

Logistics & Sample Management

• Pack, track, and return samples accurately and on time
• Maintain detailed inventory and accountability for all borrowed items
• Coordinate couriers, shipping, and showroom communications
• Protect PR and designer relationships through flawless execution

Professional Representation

• Represent the studio and Lead Stylist with discretion and professionalism
• Protect the brand’s reputation, creative vision, and industry relationships
• Communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders

Required Experience & Profile

• Proven experience assisting on any styling projects
• Strong understanding of PR showroom systems and fashion production workflows
• Experience handling administrative, coordination, or studio management tasks
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Absolute discretion and reliability
• Fluent in English
