The Studio Operator manages the smooth operation and technical setup of Visioneers' video production studio.
The role supports production, videography, and technical teams in creating premium visual content.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, test, and operate studio cameras, lighting, audio, and recording equipment before and during shoots.
- Monitor and troubleshoot studio hardware and software issues during operations.
- Assist directors, videographers, and producers with technical requirements and production workflows.
- Maintain, organize, store, and arrange regular servicing of studio equipment.
- Manage live-streaming or broadcast setups as needed.
- Follow studio safety protocols and coordinate content handover with post-production teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a studio technician or operator in a video production environment.
- Strong knowledge of studio production equipment, including cameras, lighting rigs, and audio systems.
- Familiarity with video capture and recording technologies; ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork; ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Basic understanding of live-streaming and broadcasting tools is a plus.
