Role overview

Design and visualization

• Create 3D concepts, models, visualizations, and realistic renders for booths, stands, interiors, activations, and related work.
• Translate briefs, concepts, guidelines, moodboards, and design direction into production-feasible solutions; develop alternatives and revisions as requested.
• Prepare detailed design files, drawings, layouts, elevations, fabrication documentation, and artwork when required.
• Maintain consistency across branding, dimensions, materials, finishes, and visual details.

Production and collaboration

• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to confirm that designs are technically feasible and interpreted accurately.
• Attend site or production locations when requested to inspect implementation, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution.
• Support approved production adjustments, installation, and final execution when required.
• Attend design reviews and coordination meetings; communicate progress, challenges, delays, dependencies, and required decisions.
• Provide a daily end-of-day update covering completed, ongoing, and outstanding tasks, deliverable status, challenges, and needed support.

Experience and technical qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a 3D Designer, Exhibition Designer, Interior Designer, or related professional.
• Experience in exhibition booths or stands, events, interiors, activations, or similar spatial environments.
• Portfolio showing 3D modeling, high-quality rendering, booth or stand design, interior or spatial design, and production-ready work.
• Strong proficiency in Blender or equivalent professional 3D design software, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of materials, dimensions, fabrication methods, installation requirements, and production processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and ownership of deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Attendance and availability

• Work from the organization's office once or twice per week as required by the project and line manager.
• Attend meetings, site visits, production locations, and project-related locations when reasonably required.
• Be present during production or installation when requested to oversee design implementation.
• The engagement may require urgent revisions, additional design rounds, evening or out-of-hours support during critical periods, and event-related support.

Project controls and deliverables

• Follow creative and brand guidelines, technical requirements, workflows, and approval processes; significant deviations require prior approval.
• Only designs approved by authorized representatives may proceed to production.
• Deliverables must be accurate, complete, error-checked, properly named and organized, and submitted on the agreed timeline; include editable source files where applicable.
• Maintain accessible working files and hand over all project files and materials at completion or termination; files must not be withheld.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and protect project information; do not use or disclose project materials without prior written authorization.
• Do not publish or use project materials, identify the project publicly, or include work in a portfolio without prior written approval. Any publicity after the event has commenced remains subject to prior written approval.
• Submit an updated CV, professional portfolio, examples of renders and completed work, and relevant prior project examples; references may be requested.
