Full Job Posting

Keeping every NewWorld show on track, so the whole slate moves forward together.

Location: Remote and US-based, with the option to work from our New York office

Type: Full-time

Salary: $140,000–$170,000

Travel: Occasional, aligned with productions

About the role

NewWorld studios runs several original shows at once, each with its own Producer and team. You're the person who sees all of them at once, giving the studio one clear, current view of where every show stands and what it needs next.

You track every show on the slate, from development through production, release, and reporting. You keep schedules, milestones, and dependencies current, spot problems early, and make sure the right people know in time to act. When shows compete for the same people, budget, or time, you lay out the trade-off and the options, and the Executive Producer, Studios makes the call.

You also run the studio’s rhythm: slate review prep, status reporting, production calendars, and the trackers every show works from. You work hand in hand with the Executive Producer, who owns budgets, Producers, and production decisions. You keep the Head of Studio and the Chief Creative Officer close to where every show stands, creatively and operationally, and you work day to day with each show’s Producer and Showrunner.

Across the slate

Keep a single, current view of every show’s schedule, milestones, and status

Spot risks and conflicts across shows early, and bring them to the Executive Producer with options

Track budgets and resources across the slate alongside the Executive Producer, Studios

Keep the Chief Creative Officer informed on creative milestones, reviews, and approvals across every show

Track every show’s launch milestones alongside production, so launch dates, marketing assets, and promotion deliverables stay on the calendar

Schedule regular performance check-ins for each show after release, and track what the team agreed to change

With each show

Work with each Producer to set and hold production calendars and deliverables

Keep handoffs between development, production, and post clean and on time

Make sure every show has what it needs before each stage begins

Keep casting, branding, and promotional asset deliverables on schedule, from first call to final files

Studio operations

Prepare slate reviews and run weekly status reporting for studio leadership

Turn the studio’s greenlight process and workflows into the trackers and calendars every show runs on

Capture what we learn in each post-mortem and build it into the next show’s plan

Improve how the studio works as the slate grows

What you bring

8+ years in program or production management, ideally across several productions or projects at once in media, entertainment, or digital content

A record of keeping several productions or projects on schedule at the same time

Strong command of schedules, budgets, dependencies, and reporting

Experience working closely with producers, creative leads, and executives

Fluency with project management and collaboration tools

Comfort spotting risks early and raising them clearly

Familiarity with how shows are launched and promoted on social, and how platform performance is measured

Excellent organization, holding many threads at once and dropping none of them

Familiarity with how short- and long-form video gets made for social platforms

Experience in an early-stage or fast-moving studio or media company

Who you are

You keep track of where every show stands

You stay calm and clear when several shows need attention at once

You flag schedule problems as soon as you see them

You make Producers’ work easier

You like building processes people actually use

You want to help build a studio for audiences most media ignores

Compensation and benefits

The role includes full benefits, with health coverage and paid time off.
