Position Overview

The Studio Traffic Manager brings structure, predictability, and momentum to a fast-paced, high-volume creative and production environment.

The role manages priorities, resources, timelines, and deliverables across a growing, matrixed organization.

This is a hands-on operations role and an existing vacancy.

Studio Operations and Workflow

  • Own end-to-end studio workflow across multiple brands, channels, and project types.
  • Intake, triage, and prioritize requests from Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, eCommerce, and Product Development.
  • Build and communicate timelines, schedules, trackers, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Coordinate resources across design, content, production, and copy teams.

Resource Planning

  • Allocate and reallocate resources based on business priorities, volume peaks, and launch calendars.
  • Monitor team capacity and utilization, flag risks early, and recommend reprioritization, timeline, or external-resource solutions.
  • Manage freelancer and external vendor engagement, including onboarding, scoping, and integration into studio workflows.

Alignment and Improvement

  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and Project or Account leads on priorities, scope, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate status and production meetings and act as the central point of contact for project status.
  • Document and evolve studio processes, standards, tools, reporting, and ways of working.
  • Identify bottlenecks and lead improvements that support speed, quality, and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Four to seven or more years of experience in traffic management, project management, or studio operations.
  • Experience managing many concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, time-management, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, Wrike, or Workfront.
  • Experience in CPG, beauty, retail, or consumer brands is an asset but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range is $60,000–$80,000 depending on experience.
  • Benefits include health and dental coverage, retirement savings with employer match, and opportunities for professional growth.

Workplace

  • The role is hybrid, with the opportunity to work remotely two days per week.
