Role overview

Centdegrés is building a creative studio in North America at the intersection of strategy, design, content, and product innovation.

The Creative Studio Manager brings structure and momentum to a fast-paced, high-volume creative and production environment, managing projects from brief through delivery.

The hands-on role may support production design, artwork adaptation, or creative production during busy periods.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end studio workflow across multiple brands, channels, and project types, including packaging, in-store, digital, social, and retailer sell-in materials.
  • Intake and prioritize partner requests, clarify briefs, set timelines, and align stakeholders on milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Coordinate design, content, production, and copy resources; plan capacity, sequencing, trade-offs, and allocation as priorities and launch calendars change.
  • Monitor utilization, flag risks, recommend solutions, and manage freelancer and vendor engagement, including onboarding and scoping.
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and Project/Account leads; facilitate status and production meetings and clarify next steps, owners, and due dates.
  • Act as the central project-status contact, escalate issues, define and document studio processes, and optimize project tools and reporting.
  • Identify bottlenecks and lead improvements to speed, quality, and consistency while supporting a collaborative, accountable studio culture.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a creative agency, in-house studio, or fast-paced creative/production environment, managing workflow, timelines, resources, and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage many concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on production design, artwork production, packaging adaptation, or creative execution experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organization, planning, time management, attention to detail, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills are required.
  • Proven experience with project management platforms and comfort using dashboards, trackers, and reports are required.
  • CPG, beauty, retail, or consumer-brand experience is an asset but not required.
