Job Summary

:The Student Affairs & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in enriching the student experience by designing, implementing, and evaluating engagement initiatives that support student success, leadership development, and community involvement.

The position leads student life programs, including student councils, clubs, events, orientation, volunteerism, and cultural activities, while collaborating across the university to enhance student satisfaction, foster a vibrant campus culture, and promote a strong sense of belonging within the university community

.

Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Establish and oversee student councils, clubs, and organizations to enhance students' involvement and leadership opportunitie
  • s.Create and coordinate a diverse range of activities, workshops, and events that enrich students' campus experience
  • s.Maintains broad working relationships with students, staff personnel, and academic personne
  • l.Monitor student engagement trends and recommend improvements to enhance the student experienc
  • e.Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the student journey, gathering insights to enhance the overall student experienc
  • e.Identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address students' needs effectivel
  • y.Oversees student inquiries via emails, calls, and personal meetings, directing complaints to relevant departments and providing students with feedback on the actions taken to resolve their concern
  • s.Create engaging and impactful events that encourage student participation, satisfaction, and meaningful connection
  • s.Share insights and strategies to enhance students' career readiness and post-graduation plan
  • s.Provide advisory support to student leaders, empowering them to drive positive change within the campus communit
  • y.Reports and data are compiled as needed in response to University efficiency and performance, external auditors, and accrediting authoritie
  • s.Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for enhancement in student affairs programs and activitie
  • s.Analyze student feedback and engagement data to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvemen
  • t.Implement innovative strategies and adjustments to improve the quality and relevance of offering
  • s.Monitor club performance and participation levels and encourage the development of new student-led initiative
  • s.Provide guidance and support to student leaders in planning and managing club activitie
  • s.Promote student affairs initiatives through various communication channels, fostering awareness and participatio
  • n.Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure effective promotion of events and activitie
