Job Role

  • 12 – 18 years of progressive experience in structural design
  • Strong exposure to Design & Build (D&B) / contractor environment ( not only consultancy )
  • Demonstrated ability to act as Design Authority on major projects / independently leads design decisions, not just coordination.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously , ability to prioritize, allocate resources, and manage design risks across projects.
  • Practical understanding of Constructability, sequencing, cost implications of design decisions.
  • Experience in large-scale, complex, fast-track, or important projects.
  • Deep knowledge in Concrete & Precast design for substructural & superstructural.
  • Ability to challenge consultants and propose alternative solutions that meet project objectives.
  • Strong experience in coordination with other disciplines / Hands-on involvement in BIM coordination is a plus
  • Experience interfacing with Clients, consultants & authorities with ability to defend design decisions and negotiate solutions.
