Role overview

Location and work arrangement

• The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Work location is hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana 500072.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹40,000–₹120,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage structural BIM models using Revit Structure.
• Model beams, columns, slabs, foundations, RCC, and steel structures.
• Prepare structural plans, sections, details, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical models.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Prepare structural detailing and construction documentation.
• Review drawings and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
• Follow project standards, specifications, and applicable building codes.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on Revit Structure skills.
• Experience in structural BIM modeling and detailing.
• Good knowledge of RCC and steel structures.
• Navisworks knowledge is preferred.
• Saudi, GCC, or international project experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code or international standards is preferred.
