Develop mechanical BIM models, HVAC and mechanical drawings, and coordinate mechanical services across disciplines.
The role requires strong experience in mechanical BIM, Revit MEP, HVAC design, and BIM coordination.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Develop HVAC, ductwork, piping, and mechanical services models.
- Prepare layouts, sections, details, schedules, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, and electrical models.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Identify and resolve design and coordination issues.
- Follow project standards, specifications, and applicable building codes.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Five to ten or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Experience in HVAC and mechanical BIM modeling.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary projects.
- Navisworks experience is preferred.
- Saudi, GCC, or international project experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and international standards is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is ₹40,000 to ₹120,000 per month.
