About the role
We are seeking a Strategy & PMO Intern to support the team in strategic research, project coordination, and selected HR and Finance activities. This role offers exposure to company-wide priorities, cross-functional collaboration, and the day-to-day execution that helps turn plans into action.
In this role, you will work closely with the Strategy & PMO team, as well as stakeholders across HR and other functions, to help keep priorities organized, information updated, and tasks moving forward. The position is well suited to someone who is structured, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced deep-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct desk research on market trends, competitors, industry developments, and strategic topics relevant to SteerAI.
- Support project management activities for specific tasks and assignments, including tracking timelines, action items, and follow-ups.
- Assist with HR processes in coordination with the HR Business Partner, including monitoring the hiring pipeline and supporting onboarding steps for new hires.
- Prepare trackers, summaries, and presentation materials to support team planning and reporting.
- Help maintain clear documentation and status updates across assigned workstreams.
- Support ad hoc strategic, operational, and coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in strategy, operations, project management, or business analysis.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple tasks at once.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support cross-functional teams.
- Master's Degeer or Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
