Role Overvie

wWe are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial operations and strategic planning of SteerAI.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership, strategy, operations, and project teams to ensure strong financial planning, governance, accurate reporting, and effective budgeting for ongoing and future initiatives

.The ideal candidate combines strong financial discipline with the ability to operate in a fast-paced technology environment, supporting decision-making through financial analysis and clear reporting

  • Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for SteerAI programs and projec
  • ts.Monitor financial performance, identifying variances and providing insights to leadersh
  • ip.Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and analysis to support operational and strategic decisio
  • ns.Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and budget utilizati
  • on.Support procurement teams with financial processes, ensuring compliance with internal financial polici
  • es.Assist in the preparation of business cases, financial models, and investment analysis for new initiativ
  • es.Ensure compliance with organizational financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting requiremen
  • ts.Coordinate with internal finance teams to support audits, financial reviews, and reporting cycl
  • es.Contribute to improving financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and transparen
  • cy.

Qualificat

  • ions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related f
  • ield.6-8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial operat
  • ions.

Experience

  • supporting technology, R&D, or project-based environments is prefe
  • rred.Strong proficiency in Excel and financial model
  • ling.

Experience

  • with financial reporting tools or ERP systems is an advan
  • tage.Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CPA are considered a
  • plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving sk
  • ills.Ability to translate financial data into clear business insi
  • ghts.High attention to detail and strong organizational sk
  • ills.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-financial stakehol
  • ders.Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-growing technology environ
  • ment.
