Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operating Model Gap Assessment Specialist to assess and improve organizational operating models, governance frameworks, processes, and business performance across Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, and Technology business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operating model and process assessments across business functions
- Evaluate governance frameworks, policies, DoA, RACI matrices, and organizational structures
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop gap assessment reports, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with leadership teams
- Support business transformation and operating model improvement initiatives
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in business transformation, operating model assessment/design, or consulting
- Strong experience in Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, or Infrastructure industries
- GCC/UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, process mapping, PMO, and transformation programs
- Experience with TOM, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
