Overview
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic and transformation initiatives
Evaluate global, economic, technology, and social trends to inform business decision-making
Apply deep functional and industry expertise to solve complex business challenges
Develop strategic recommendations to drive growth and enhance operating model effectiveness
Design and implement solutions across business, technology, workforce, and operations
Define and structure enterprise-wide strategic programs to optimize performance and scalability
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes
Core Qualifications
Master proficiency in Operating Model Development
Master proficiency in Information Technology Strategy
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics)
Preferred Skills
Master proficiency in Business Case Development
Expert proficiency in Value Architecture & Value Realization
Advanced proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment
Advanced proficiency in Strategic Planning
Intermediate proficiency in Change Management
What Success Looks Like
Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable strategies
Demonstrated capability to design and implement high-performing operating models
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership decisions
