We’re currently partnering with a leading investment group on a confidential search for a
Strategy Manager
to join a high-performing central strategy function.
This role sits at the heart of the organization, working directly with senior leadership to shape portfolio-wide strategic direction and drive value creation across a diverse set of businesses.
The Role
This is a corporate strategy position with a strong focus on
portfolio strategy, performance improvement, and long-term value creation
.
You’ll operate across multiple sectors, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates who are
industry-agnostic
and thrive in complex, dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of group-level and portfolio company strategies
- Lead strategic reviews across a diverse portfolio of assets
- Identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and value creation initiatives
- Work closely with leadership teams across portfolio companies to drive strategic alignment
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling
- Prepare high-impact presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in
- corporate strategy, management consulting, or portfolio strategy roles
- Proven ability to operate across multiple industries or business lines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Background in top-tier consulting firms or large, complex organizations is highly preferred
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
