About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate and business unit strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Identify growth opportunities, new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Support leadership in strategic planning cycles, including annual and long-term plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business cases for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Lead special projects and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business intelligence
Data & Reporting
- Prepare regular and ad hoc strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and executive leadership.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse internal and external data, including market trends, competitor activity, and business performance metrics.
- Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, KPIs, and organizational objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
Health, Safety and Environment
- Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the section to guarantee employee and assets safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.
Information Security (Protection)
- Responsible for complying with the principles and policy statements in the information security policies where relevant to your job/duties.
- Maintaining the safe ownership and/or custody of all information and information assets entrusted to your care and achieving the expected Information Protection core competencies/skills required for your position/role.
& Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- English language required (advanced)
- Strategic thinking to develop actionable plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
