Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Strategy Analyst based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.
The Strategy Analyst will support the organization by conducting data analysis, developing strategic recommendations, and evaluating financial models.
The individual will collaborate with team members to identify improvement opportunities, create reports, and evaluate the impact of operational decisions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to evaluate data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning to design effective strategies and implement structured frameworks
- Basic understanding of Finance and ability to work with financial data
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present findings and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Familiarity with non-profit or NGO operations is a plus
