The role works with Purchasing, Commercial, and Warehouse teams to support qualified suppliers, accurate specifications, and purchasing execution.
What you’ll do
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers and manufacturers.
- Source hospitality supplies against customer specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Compare quotations, total landed costs, lead times, MOQs, and commercial terms.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements.
- Support supplier qualification, product development, samples, and alternative sourcing.
- Benchmark costs and identify value-engineering and savings opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sourcing records, supplier information, and product documentation.
What the employer is looking for
- 3–5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing.
- Experience in hospitality supplies, trading, distribution, OS&E, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong supplier research, quotation analysis, and commercial negotiation skills.
- A detail-oriented, analytical approach with strong follow-up ability.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tender and project deadlines.
