Opportunity

Strategic project management opportunities within the Chairman's Office, working directly with senior leadership.

Drive strategic priorities from concept through execution and completion with high autonomy.

Candidates from real estate, property development, investment, construction, hospitality, or other complex businesses are particularly relevant; other sectors may be considered.

Salary

  • Salary up to AED 30,000 per month.

What the employer is seeking

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
  • Project management, strategy, business transformation, consulting, or similar experience, with hands-on strategic initiative execution.
  • Direct work with a Chairman, Founder, Promoter, CEO, or other senior principal is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, commercial awareness, stakeholder management, organization, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong academic credentials are sought; a Tier 1 university or institution is ideal.
  • Sector experience in real estate, property development, construction, investment, hospitality, or another complex project-led environment is advantageous.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial or promoter-led organizations and handle confidential information discreetly.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with senior leadership on strategic and business-critical projects; turn priorities into plans, actions, and deliverables.
  • Own projects from concept to completion and coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and priorities.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, drive solutions, and ensure actions are delivered on time.
  • Prepare leadership updates, reports, and presentations; conduct research and analysis for decisions.
  • Coordinate senior leadership with internal teams, build stakeholder relationships, and communicate clearly.
  • Manage confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
