Role overview

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes; store and identify them in designated locations.
• Issue materials to production and other departments against approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software systems and manual registers; conduct stock counts and assist with audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in store and warehouse areas; label, organize, and arrange materials for retrieval.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams and maintain goods receipt, issue, transfer, and return documentation.
• Support continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of stores, warehouse, or inventory management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with computer literacy.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, stock management, material handling, and storage procedures.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar inventory software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience and knowledge of inventory KPIs or stock reconciliation are preferred.
